San Jose Townhomes

This four-unit multi-family building sits in a small residential enclave adjacent to Burbank’s busy downtown neighborhood. The building’s design needed to fit with the community’s existing scale while maximizing the number of units allowed on site with no sacrifice to design quality inside and out.  Units are shifted away from each other creating space for courtyards, lots of opportunity for natural light, and alternating entry areas. Each 2-bedroom unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, bright modern interior finishes and fixtures, board form concrete planter walls, and private outdoor space.
