AUX Architecture is proud to announce the promotions of four team members!
Matthew Aulicino, AIA, NCARB, has been promoted to Associate Principal and Regulatory Director. He joined AUX in 2016 and has been instrumental in the design and development of a wide range of projects including The Windsor Residence in Silver Lake, the Over the Influence Art Gallery in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, and the Aspect 5 Townhouse Development in Hollywood (among many more!). His experience navigating numerous complicated processes at once makes him AUX’s in-house entitlement and building code expert. As Regulatory Director he will assess the compliance of projects during design to ensure that government codes and regulations are met and will develop strategies to streamline regulatory approvals.
Amanda Prevendar has been promoted to Associate Principal and remains the firm’s Marketing Director. She joined AUX in 2021 and brings over 20 years of industry experience to our team. She is passionate about making positive changes to drive our practice forward and has been unfailingly committed to further expanding AUX’s exposure and reputation in the architecture and design community. She will continue to oversee all of AUX’s strategic marketing, project pursuits, and support client and business development.
Kristine Giron has been promoted to Operations Manager. She joined AUX in 2019 and has grown into her new position by consistently looking for ways to improve our business systems and overall office administrative functions. In her new role, Kristine will focus on the management of accounts payable and receivable, office financial health, and will provide oversight on human resources.
Alondra Fernandez has been promoted to Office Manager. Alondra joined AUX in 2023 as an Executive Assistant. Since then, she’s become an integral part of the team and has taken on increasing amounts of responsibility for the management of our office’s day-to-day functions. She is a solutions-driven creative problem solver, and that, combined with her welcoming personality, makes her the perfect fit for this role at AUX.
