Wilkins Townhomes

AUX developed multiple programmatic and massing studies before finding the right layout for this 11-unit apartment building. Located in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, this project was unanimously approved by the Westwood Design Review Board in late 2022. The building materials include gray brick, white stucco, architectural concrete, and matte black metal. While the materials are traditional, their light colors bring a modern brightness to the neighborhood. Each unit has access to private outdoor space.
