AUX is pleased to share that Habitat Residences has received a Residential Design Merit Award from AIA San Fernando Valley as part of its 2025 Annual Design Awards. The chapter honors innovative, boundary-pushing work across scales, budgets, and styles. Awards were presented at the Annual Design Awards Gala on November 7, 2025.
Habitat Residences is a 100% affordable housing community grounded in the belief that homeownership fosters stability, community, and generational wealth. The four-story development includes 52 homes: 45 one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats above a concrete podium, and seven two-story townhomes that engage the adjacent neighborhood. The ground floor features a sales and finance center, lobby and gathering space, parking, and an affordable furniture store—reinforcing the project’s holistic approach to housing access.
