the art room gallery is pleased to announce the opening of artist Tasya van Ree’s “Intelligence of Structure” on February 16, 2023. The show is a partnership with The Art of Elysium. The show will run through March 24, 2023. Works from this show are available on Artnet.
About the show:
A structure is a physical form in which the mathematical model of geometry integrates itself with the elemental patterns of design. It is within this container that the corporeal world can exist. When we take this three-dimensional system and attune it with the subtle energetic world through resonance, we create a vessel for life force to reverberate in. Through this bidirectional informational exchange, a multidimensional living being is created, a soul which is connected to all invisible planes of the Universe.
About Tasya van Ree:
Tasya van Ree is a multidisciplinary artist. Her artwork is infused with otherworldly elements of eros, alchemy, and the infinite mystery of the natural world. She has always been intrigued by the everyday wonders of life’s visual offerings, which is a testimony to how she uses her intuitive eye for form and composition. With her sense of expansive awareness, van Ree is able to transcend boundaries across all mediums to exist in her own radical embrace of expression. Tasya van Ree’s artwork/photographs have been exhibited in Los Angeles, New York, Belgium, and Paris in solo exhibitions as well as alongside David Lynch, Amy Arbus, Ed Ruscha, John Baldessari, Gus van Sant, and Cleon Peterson.
