PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This mixed-use development at the corner of Pico Boulevard and South Highland Avenue in Los Angeles’s busy Mid-City neighborhood brings together housing, workspace, and pedestrian-focused design. The project includes 40 new apartments, six designated as affordable housing, set across five residential levels above two floors of commercial office space and above-grade parking. At street level, the building is carefully set back to create space for landscaping and planters, enhancing the experience for pedestrians along Pico Boulevard and strengthening connections to nearby retail. In total, the project offers over 3,000 square feet of commercial space and shared amenities, including a fitness center, parking, and a rooftop terrace.
